Checklist
- Photo ID that matches the vehicle paperwork.
- Registration, lease, or proof of ownership available to show.
- Exact location: address, parking level, or gate code.
- Vehicle details: year, make, model, color, and last 6 of the VIN if handy.
- Tell dispatch if a child or pet is inside or keys are visible.
